This page was made with Notepad, and Frontpage 98. I did most of the
coding in Notepad, but I had to use Frontpage for the spacing, tables, and almost all of the layout. I don't have the time or patience to do all of it with Notepad:) It is optimized for Internet Explorer 4.x, but I am sure that it will look decent with the later versions of Netscape. I use Adobe Photoshop 5.0, and Fractal Painter 5 for the graphics.   I use a linked style sheet for the hovering underline on my links.
